Paul Shogren, Cookie ( Maude )  Romeo, Susan Habel, Lara Mooney, Jennifer Thomas. What do they all have in Common ?
They all work or worked at Hendersonville Health and Rehab.It seems suspicious,  that during the time my Mother was a resident at Hendersonville Health and Rehab, Cookie Romeo, was the Administrator, Susan Habel, was the Director of Nursing, Jennifer Thomas, was the Medical records keeper and Lara Mooney was a Nurse on Moms wing. Ever since I have been asking questions, and filing complaints with various State and Federal agencies, they have all vanished.
Jennifer Thomas was first, just after I met her and spoke to her about Moms records, she supposedly moved to New Jersey. Lara Mooney was next, she was asked to "create" a late entry in Mom's file, concerning a fall. She was working at Fleishers Fairview Healthcare at last report. Cookie (Maude) Romeo was promoted within the Sanstone management team. Susan Habel, mysteriously disappeared as soon as the NC Board of Nursing told me she was the Head Nurse on duty the night of Mom's fall.
I'm sure something unusual happened that night in October 2011. If not why are all these people vanishing from Hendersonville Health and Rehab.
Enter, Paul Shogren the current Administrator at Hendersonville Health and Rehab. He was hired from The Laurels of Hendersonville where Dr. Larry Joe Russell has been the medical director for the last seven years. It must just be a coincidence that Larry Joe was Moms last Doctor, and that he is also one of the owners of Hendersonville Health and Rehab.
Nothing here looks even a little suspicious!!!! Would you let your parent or parents spend the night in this
" Little Shop of Horrors" ?
